Welcome to the Middletown City Schools Parent Access website. Parent Access is a tool to help parents stay informed and engaged with their students’ education. Parent Access provides you with the ability to view your student’s attendance, academic progress, teacher contact information, and other daily information you need in order to support your child’s education.

FAQ’s

 How do I get started?

All parents will need to setup an account using a registration key code provided by the district.

 

I had an account last year; may I use the same account?

Yes, please enter the username and password created last year when you setup your account.

 

Where do I get my child’s registration code?

Contact your building secretary or please fill out ProgressBook support request

 

I have multiple children in the district; do I need a registration code for each child?

Yes, You will need a registration code for each student.  As you register, you can add additional students to your account.

 

Where can I receive additional parent registration codes?

            Each student was assigned one parent registration code. Please enter a ProgressBook support request to receive additional parent registration codes.

 

How can my student view their process online?

Students have a separate registration key code. Please enter a ProgressBook support request for their student registration code.

 

Why am I receiving an error when registering?

Please double check the follow:

1.     When registering, you will need to enter your student’s birthday using the following format. Ex. 01/04/2005

2.     Your child’s name needs to be entered in exactly how they were registered for school.

 

How do I switch between my children’s accounts?

You can switch between students by clicking on the blue student icons at the bottom of the window.
